Hiya!


Today I want to tell you the reason why I have chosen this title for my blog. It didn´t take me so much time to think about it since it is one of my favourite phrases. When I was young I used to be a very shy person (yes! believe me haha!) and afraid of everything. One day I decided to let that person fly away and started taking risks... why not? That was my first question. Go ahead! No matter what people may say. Live your life as you like. There is no point in being ordinary... why not extraordinary? or just you. Believe in yourself, love what you do and challenge yourself every day.

    ´I used to be a very shy person´ the most shocking phrase ever hahaha!!! Btw, I agree with you, we all need to be true to ourselves. As my mother says ´Do what you want, say what you want and live as you want as long as you do not hurt anyone by doing it´.

    SOME TIME AGO AN AMAZING TEACHER TOLD ME " CHALLENGE YOURSELF VERONICA". HONESTLY , TO DO IT ,AT LEAST FOR ME, IS NOT SO EASY, BUT I ALWAYS TRY.

How are you? I hope you're enjoying this cold weather. I love it! ♥  Well, the other day I explained to you the reason why I've chosen that name for my blog. Four Methods

Last class at the prof, we made a rewiew of different methods and approaches. However, this post will be only focused on the Four Methods. The first one is COMMUNITY LANGUAGE LEARNING. It is also called counseling- learning theory. On the one hand, the teacher operates in a supportive role, monitors learners' utterances and provides assitance when requested. She/He acts as a counselor and paraphrases what the students say. On the other hand, students work together, listen to the teacher attentively, repeat target utterances and sometimes become counselors of other learners. The second one is THE SILENT WAY. In this method, students need to develop their own "inner criteria" for correctness. They should be practicing the language, not the teacher, so she is mostly silent.
